1. There will be no selling of water at the Festival by any Vendor apart from the Partnered Water Brand/Festival Organisers
2. There will be no sale of soft drinks at the Festival apart from the Partnered Brand/ Festival Organizers
3. There will be no sale of beer/alcoholic beverages or spirits at the Festival apart from Partnered Brand/Festival Organisers. Cocktails, Mocktails, Fresh Juices, Zobo, Tiger Nut Milk, Punch are all Allowed. Other Alcoholic Beverages allowed if there is no Partner Brand
4. No half stands available
5. Payment for vendor stand must be made before the deadline.(No payments in installment). There will be no collection of payment after the deadline
6. Once payment is made there will be no refunds
7. Vendors are responsible for the safety of their items/property
8. Every Vendor must respect all Festival Officials/Team Members as well as other Vendors and Follow Instructions Clearly
9. Violent/ Aggressive Acts/Conduct will not be tolerated at the Festival
10. No vendor must use their banners, mannequins or property to intrude beyond the allotted canopy space or inconvenience the next person
11. Vendors must be on Festival Ground between 8am - 9am prompt on Festival day for setup
12. Vendors must make themselves or a representative available for any of the offline and online meetings regarding the festival
13. Cars will be allowed to move on the street to drop off Load/Vendor Merchandise between 8am and 9am. After that no car will be allowed on the Festival street again
All Vendors are to comply with this rules. Any Breach, Non Compliance or Rule Breaking will attract automatic discharge from the Festival without any refunds
Your Contact person and Vendor Team Lead will be communicated. All questions are to be directed to her and her team on Festival Day. They will ensure you are settled and comfortable and will be wearing volunteer tags to be easily identified
